Sofitel Saigon Plaza is proud to announce the return of the 6th edition of Saigon Gourmet Week, taking place from September 26 to 29, 2024. A feast for the senses, this event not only stays true to the Sofitel brand’s authentic and lively food and beverage concept but also stands as a highlight in the sophisticated global tribute to Sofitel’s 60 years of excellence.

Saigon Gourmet Week 2024 is set to dazzle with an exceptional lineup of fourteen acclaimed chefs and eight distinctive culinary programs. Guests will be invited to immerse themselves in a range of gourmet experiences, from hands-on cooking classes with the chefs to savoring exquisite lunch and dinner menus at Le17 Bistro. Highlights of the event include the “Stars & Diamonds” dinner at Diamond Hall and the “All-Star Brunch” at Mezz, where attendees can interact with and witness the art of live cooking through open kitchen stations and enjoy dishes that showcase each chef’s personal touch.
