“Tran has been a Head Chef at Sofitel Saigon Plaza since 2012. Before joining us he worked at numerous gourmet restaurants and luxury hotels.
“My greatest inspiration is the regional cuisine of France. I aim to create authentic Provençal dishes, but to make them unique with my own distinctive touches. We’re lucky enough to have Michelin-starred chefs regularly visit and work with us in the kitchen here at L’Olivier. It’s a wonderful opportunity to be able learn from the masters, and to integrate their knowledge and experience into our own work.
